Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Electronic Practice Solutions (“EPS”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website. It does not cover the EPS application that practices and billing offices sign in to. For that, see The EPS application and patient information below.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the Request Information form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, practice name, number of providers, phone number, type of business and your message. The form on this website does not transmit anything by itself. It opens your own email program, and the information reaches us only when you send that email.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records standard technical information about each request: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser and device type.
Cookies and tracking
The pages of this website do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, this website does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
The EPS application is a separate site. It uses cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary to keep a user signed in.
How we use information
- To answer your request and send the information you asked for, such as pricing.
- To set up and support your practice’s account when you become a customer.
- To keep this website working and secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
How we share information
- With service providers that help us operate, such as hosting and email, who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, safety or property of EPS, our customers or others.
The EPS application and patient information
EPS is a web based medical billing and practice management application used by medical practices and billing offices. Practices enter patient information into the application, including protected health information. EPS handles that information on behalf of the practice, as its business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and as agreed with the practice. That information is governed by those agreements and by HIPAA, not by this policy.
- If you are a patient. Your provider’s office decides how your health information is used. Please contact your provider’s office with questions or requests about your records, or to see its Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Do not send patient information through this website. Please do not include patient information in the Request Information form or in ordinary email to us.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect the information we hold. The EPS application is reached over an encrypted connection, and each user signs in with their own account. No website or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for medical practices and billing professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

You can ask us to update or delete the contact information you sent us by emailing support@epsdr.com.
