When you sign up, the set up of your practice account, including Practice Default, Insurance Companies, Appointment Resources, Provider and ePayment information, will be our first priority.

We offer a discount for non-physician medical providers and for multiple providers in a group practice.

How do you charge for subscriptions - per practice, per provider or per user?
You just pay a subscription fee for each active provider. You do not need to pay extra for additional locations or users.
Are there any initial setup fees?

No. You just pay to use the system on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Are there any additional charges for support after I set up my account?
No. We do not charge extra for technical support, and it saves a lot of the money you would spend with others.
Do you give any discount for several providers within the same group practice?
Yes, we offer discounts on the subscription fees when a practice has multiple providers.
What kind of payment types do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express, and also accept direct debit payment if you provide us with your bank account information.
Do I need to purchase or download any software to use EPS?
No. EPS is a totally web based medical practice management solution. You will never need to download or purchase software. You can access your practice information with high speed internet from anywhere at any time.
